Abstract

El caso hace la presentación sencillade un problema común entre las pequenasempresas en Colombia, en laépoca de principios de los anos 2000,la falta de financiación para su capitalde trabajo, establecida sobre unaempresa importadora. Se conduce,entonces, a una solución integral,que se soporta tanto en la creatividadcomo en la estrategia, en las exigenciasdel mercado como en el análisisde rentabilidad. El análisis cuantitativose hace sobre las consecuenciasde las decisiones sobre los plazos ydescuentos comerciales.
