Metodología de las Cuentas Financieras de Colombia

Abstract

Desde el principio de los anos setenta, el Banco de la República se ha preocupado por elaborar cuentas de flujos de fondos financieros para dotal al país con un instrumento de análisis de estructura y el funcionamiento del mercado financiero, con el convencimiento de que estos trabajos permiten orientar mejor las decisiones en materia de asignación de recursos. En estas notas se resume el trabajo efectuado desde 1977 para conformar un sistema completo y coherente de cuentas de operaciones financieras de la economía colombiana. En una próxima entrega, se presentaron los resultados obtenidos para el periodo 1970-78.
