Inflación, financiamiento y capitalización empresarial

Abstract

La sociedad anónima, especialmente aquella localizada en el sector industrial, ha manifestado en los últimos anos una preocupante situación económica y financiera que de no corregirse afectaría seriamente los niveles de producción del país y por ende la capacidad de utilización de factores productivos en el sector real de la economía.Con el fin de contribuir a la discusión de la problemática y a la identificación de los factores que afectan el normal desempeno de dichas sociedades, se emprendió el presente estudio, el cual tiene como objetivo determinar en qué forma el proceso inflacionario que se agudizó en la década de los anos setenta contribuyó al deterioro de la situación financiera de las empresas y a la depresión del mercado accionario.
