Economía y política laboral: el caso colombiano

Abstract

Nuestro punto de vista postula que las condiciones generales de compra y venta de la fuerza de trabajo -esa mercancía generadora de valor y productora de ganancias para sus compradores- se expresa en un determinado conflicto entre fuerzas sociales. Dicho conflicto resume tanto las características de la organización productiva como el poder relativo de las partes en conflicto.
