Abstract

Podríamos pensar que el profesor Sabato condenaría la preocupación de esta reunión de Economistas en tomo a la relevancia de discutir sobre el denominado pénsum o programa. En parte si. Tenemos, especialmente los colombianos, la perniciosa tendencia a conferir un exagerado valor a las palabras. Porque indudablemente detrás del fetiche del programa está el fetiche de la palabra. Y muy especialmente el fetiche de la palabra escrita, contra el que nos han puesto en guardia en repetidas ocasiones varios pensadores y literatos entre ellos nuestro nobel de literaturaGarcia Márquez.
