La economía campesina: consideraciones teóricas

Abstract

Cuando se empieza a hablar sobre la economia campesina en Colombia o en cualquier país de la periferia capitalista, la compleja realidad que este tipo de producción entrana, sus particulares relaciones sociales de producción y su terca y siempre llamativa presencia en estas formaciones sociales, suscitan enconadas y contradictorias formas de entendimiento y de aproximación al conocimiento de su especificidad.Para hablar de la economía campesina nos vamos a referir a ella como una forma de producción que contiene en su interior una variedad de relaciones sociales que sólo existen de manera articulada y subordinada a otras formas y/o modos de producción y que engloba los productores agropecuarios que se ubican en un 'continuum' que va, sin incluirlos, desde los trabajadores agrarios sin tierra hasta lo que podríamos denominar productores agrícolaspropiamente capitalistas.
