El Plan de Economía Social: Hacia un Nuevo Modelo de Desarrollo

Abstract

Para mi intervención he considerado apropiado referirme al esquema básico que ha orientado el diseno del Plan de Desarrollo del actual gobierno, denominado PLAN DE ECONOMÍA SOCIAL. Mediante este esquema se ha pretendido dar un gran paso adelante en la formulación de un nuevo modelo de desarrollo. Por esta razón, el tema está íntimamente relacionado con los objetivos del seminario, más aún cuando se trata de un plan oficial que ya se ha puesto en marcha y que puede, por consiguiente, constituir una valiosa experiencia para los estudiosos de los problemas del desarrollo y para quienes buscan alternativas en este proceso.
