Innovación y Progreso Técnico. Teoría y Política: una referencia al caso colombiano

Abstract

La literatura económica sobre la inflación y el progreso técnico es un problema abordado muy recientemente por los estudiosos y gana rápidamente un mayor espacio en la reflexión actual sobre la aguda crisis del desarrollo. En Colombia se han incluido los propósitos de la renovación técnica de la producción pero las metas no han sido alcanzadas por diversas razones sobre las cuales es necesario realizar investigaciones con miras a la formulación de nuevas políticas de ciencia y tecnología en el país. En este artículo se revisan las teorías sobre este tópico y la forma como fue visto por los programas de desarrollo en Colombia en los últimos anos.
