Macroeconomía y gasto público en economías de desarrollo intermedio

Abstract

Los esquemas de reproducción kaleckianos se prestan para formalizar adecuadamente economías de desarrollo intermedio. Sin embargo, los supuestos sobre la insensibilidad de los precios a la demanda y la inversión relacionada inversamente con el acervo de capital, no son apropiados para caracterizar este tipo de economías. El autor, prestando un nivel adecuado de realismo a su modelación, deja de lado tales supuestos al formalizarla economía por medio de 4 departamentos que incluyen uno exportador, que provee los medios de producción noelaborados internamente, y una función pública en un medio abierto. Los otros departamentos considerados proveen bienes salario y de lujo, respectivamente. Consideraciones sobre la teoría de la inversión y el trabajoproductivo marxistas proveen algunas conclusiones adicionales sobre el papel que juega el Estado en laseconomías semi-industrializadas.
