Sea F la función de felicidad ..

Abstract

Los economistas contemporaneos no estudian directamente, o pasan por alto, la felicidad del ser humano. Suponen que ésta depende del ingreso o de la utilidad de cada persona. En este artículo, la felicidad de un individuo genérico es considerada como una variable que depende de variables económicas tanto como de elementos "no económicos"; a estos últimos se los debería llamar "no relativos a precios". Los autores subrayan que ésta es una interpretación más de la felicidad y concluye que los límites entre las disciplinas del conocimiento humano deberían ser eliminados, así como han desaparecido muchos otros dogmas en el presente siglo.
