La estrategia de crecimiento en El Salto Social

Abstract

El propósito de este artículo es examinar la importancia de ahorro en las metas de El Salto Social y algunos problemas de consistencia entre diferentes objetivos de política económica. En particular, los probables efectos negativos de reducciones o estancamiento de las tasas de ahorro de los hogares, público y externo sobre, por ejemplo, la inversión privada.En la primera sección se describe brevemente la estratégia de crecimiento del Plan. Para su análisis se utiliza un Modelo de Equilibrio General Computable cuya estructura y parámetros se describen en la segunda sección. La tercera presenta los resultados obtenidos y la cuarta se ocupa de las conclusiones.
