Principios de autoorganización en un contexto socioadministrativo (Traducción)

Abstract

Este artículo analiza la administración como un sistema autoorganizado, donde el administrador se ve a sí mismo como miembro de la organización que administra. El artículo parte de los aportes de Gothard Gunther, quien desarrolló un sistema lógico de valores múltiples, Lars Lofgren, quien propuso la noción de "autología", y de Francisco Varela, quien expandió el cálculo de la autoindicación. Von Foerster amplía la noción de autología y expone una interpretación general del concepto de computación basada en las máquinas triviales y no triviales para desarrollar ampliamente el cálculo de recursivas. El artículo concluye con una aplicación de esas ideas al a´nálisis de la autoorganización en el contexto socioadministrativo.
