The Financial Analysis Of The Petroleum Companies In Romania

Abstract

With the trigger of the Financial Crisis of the 2008, many companies in Romania and across the world had realized that the economic environment became very unstable. In order the compete in a turbulent external environment the managers of companies must know first the stability of the internal environment of the company. The analysis of the financial health is one the most important analysis because reveals the financial problems that the company have or will have in the near future. This paper is a comparison between the potential financial health of the petroleum and gas companies that have economic activities in Romania. The analysis is made in order to show the impact that had the Financial Crisis upon the Romanian Energy Industry. The results can be used by the managers of the energy companies or other industries in order to identify the financial problems of the companies.
