Die Globalisierung der Weltwirtschaft und ihre Auswirkungen auf Russland

Abstract

Die Globalisierung der Weltwirtschaft, die erst mit dem Zusammenbruch des "Realsozialismus" und der Überwindung der Teilung der Welt in zwei antagonistische Gesellschaftssysteme Anfang der 1990er-Jahre begonnen hat, bildet das bisher höchste Stadium der Jahrhunderte währenden Internationalisierung des Wirtschaftslebens. Von diesem Prozess waren die einzelnen Sektoren der Weltwirtschaft und Formen der internationalen Wirtschaftsbeziehungen recht unterschiedlich betroffen, was ihm einen noch großen Spielraum für die weitere Entfaltung - sowohl in die Tiefe als auch in die Breite - gibt. Russland hat seit dem Beginn der 2000er-Jahre ernst zu nehmende Anstrengungen unternommen, um sich der Globalisierung wesentlich besser anzupassen und um aus einem passiven Objekt der Globalisierung zu einem entsprechend den nationalen Interessen gestaltenden Akteur derselben zu werden. Es befindet sich derzeit allerdings erst in der Anfangsphase dieser Bemühungen.
