Der sektorale Strukturwandel in der russischen Volkswirtschaft während der Transformation zur Marktwirtschaft

Abstract

Der Artikel bietet einen Überblick über den spektakulären Strukturwandel in der russischen Ökonomie im Zusammenhang mit der gesamtwirtschaftlichen und gesellschaftlichen Transformation nach der Auflösung der Sowjetunion Ende 1991. Der Strukturwandel wird einer eingehenden Analyse sowohl auf der makroökonomischen Ebene der drei Sektoren der Volkswirtschaft als auch intrasektoral, innerhalb des sekundären {Industrie) und des tertiären (Dienstleistungen) Bereichs, unterzogen. Den Ursachen dieser tief greifenden Veränderungen wird auf den Grund gegangen. Der Autor stellt und beantwortet die Frage, ob die Expansion des tertiären Bereichs zum führenden Sektor der russischen Ökonomie im Hinblick auf den BIP- und den Beschäftigungsanteil bereits das Kommen eines Postindustrialismus westlicher Provenienz bedeutet. Der Artikel enthält auch eine Vorausschau auf die strukturelle Entwicklung der russischen Volkswirtschaft bis 2010 und langfristige Überlegungen des Autors bezüglich der Zukunftsvision Russlands.
