Los datos abiertos y el plan de acción de gobierno abierto en México 2013-2015

Abstract

El presente artículo tiene por fin indagar sobre la relación entre el gobierno abierto y los datos abiertos en México, a la luz de los indicadores internacionales de datos abiertos conjuntamente con la estrategia federal de Gobierno Abierto Mexicano y los compromisos asumidos por el país ante la Alianza de Gobierno Abierto entre 2013 y 2015. Asimismo, se presentan propuestas y mecanismos de acción de datos abiertos que permiten generar mayor valor público de los datos disponibles para la ciudadanía.
