Texto que celebra los 25 años de la revista. Con el fin de la Guerra Fría y el desplome de la URSS, se inició una nueva fase de la evolución capitalista, esta vez en clave neoliberal y como proyecto globalizador. Los criterios de evaluación de las políticas y los Estados se modificaron y el equilibrio macroeconómico y el mercado abierto destinado a inscribirse en un mercado mundial unificado se entronizaron como objetivos prioritarios y casi únicos para la sociedad internacional que emergía...
