Abstract

El tema medular del presente trabajo de investigación se centra en las variables que intervienen en la representación social (RS) de las mujeres operadoras de producción en la industria maquiladora en ciudad Juárez con el fin de conocer de qué manera la (RS) está influenciada por el estilo de vida y el entorno laboral y cómo les afecta a sus intereses particulares en los ámbitos laboral y personal.Los resultados obtenidos de la investigación inducen acciones que se traduzcan en práctica real de las políticas públicas “ya existentes” gestionando su impulso ante las instancias del gobierno con el fin de que los resultados expuestos en porcentajes, sean tomados para beneficio del estilo de vida y el entorno laboral de la mujer operadora de producción.
