Abstract

Faisant suite aux debats d'idees sur les causes de la crise des annees quatre-vingt-dix, les discussions sur le devenir du modele capitaliste national se multiplient au Japon. Les mesures de restructurations economiques mettent en jeux, de facon recurrente, l'equilibre egalitaire entre les menages, aussi bien lorsqu'elles s'attaquent a la ponderation du role de l'Etat et du marche que lorsqu'elles modifient le comportement des firmes en matiere de gouvernance ou de gestion des ressources humaines.
