Presentation - La longue crise de l'economie japonaise

Abstract

Les dix annees de stagnation de l'economie japonaise, depuis 1990, restent a bien des egards une enigme. Une bulle speculative, l'insolvabilite de nombreux intermediaires financiers et une recession ne sont pas en effet des phenomenes exceptionnels, a l'echelle internationale : depuis vingt ans des dizaines de pays ont fait cette experience, apres avoir liberalise de maniere precipitee leur systeme bancaire.
