Les fondements macro-economiques de la competitivite

Abstract

Cet article analyse les origines macro-economiques de la competitivite des grands pays industrialises a partir du calcul des niveaux de couts unitaires de production. Un des interets de cette methode est d'obtenir une mesure des couts unitaires totaux et non des seuls couts salariaux unitaires, comme cela est souvent le cas. Des differences importantes apparaissent entre les deux types d'indicateurs en raison du poids des consommations intermediaires et de l'inegal degre d'integration des activites.
