Factibilidad para la implementación de biodiesel en el transporte público de la ciudad de Celaya, Guanajuato

Abstract

En la actualidad existen diversas formas de producir energía, ya no únicamente la generada por los llamados combustibles fósiles: carbón, gas y petróleo; mediante energías renovables es posible contar con otras alternativas como la eólica, geotérmica, hidroeléctrica, maremotríz, solar, biomasa y los biocombustibles. En este trabajo de investigación se estudia la viabilidad de usar un nuevo combustible en el transporte público urbano de la ciudad de Celaya, Guanajuato. Con esto se pretende salvaguardar la economía tanto de los concesionarios, como de los usuarios, quienes cada vez se ven más presionados con el constante incremento en el precio de los combustibles y de los pasajes respectivamente, y a su vez estar a la vanguardia en la protección del medio ambiente al recurrir al biodiesel. Por medio de la evaluación de proyectos de inversión se analizará su factibilidad.
