Abstract

Un Sistema de Información Interorganizacional (SIIO) se define como la automatización del flujo de información entre organizaciones para alcanzar un sistema de administración de la cadena de suministros deseado. Este proyecto plantea el problema de integrar flujos de información entre empresas afines para establecer sistemas que interconecten los procesos de negocios entre ellas. Los cuestionamientos que esta investigación abordan si se podrá establecer ese vínculo, y responder a los requerimientos de las negociaciones comerciales, cambiando la cultura organizacional y evitando volver a las prácticas cotidianas de utilizar mecanismos manuales. Es posible establecer como una conclusión del caso de estudio que se puede integrar a las empresas de manera que puedan comunicarse de manera eficiente a pesar de sus diferencias tecnológicas y culturales, y que se pueden reconocer las condiciones administrativas y técnicas para lograr la interrelación y establecer las condiciones de colaboración entre empresas
