Reforma financiera y el desarrollo de las Mipymes en México

Abstract

Este artículo surge de la inquietud que la Reforma Financiera ha generado y la influencia que ésta tendrá sobre las Micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas (Mipymes). Se hace referencia a una serie de investigaciones en el ámbito financiero que abordan la relación entre Sistema Financiero y el problema de acceso al financiamiento para las Mipymes. Posteriormente, se presentan antecedentes de lo qué es y representa la Reforma Financiera de manera general. También se presenta la serie de modificaciones establecidas en esta Reforma en donde se analizan los puntos clave y que repercutirán en el desarrollo de las Mipymes. This article arises from the concern that Financial Reform has generated and its influence on the Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). It refers to financial investigations that consider the relationship between financial system and the problem of access to finance by MSMEs. It presents a background about what the financial reform is and what it represents in general terms. Also it is presented the amendments that will be based on the publication of the reform; it is analyzed the key points and its influence on the MSMEs development.
