Abstract

La Cultura Organizacional es el marco que guía la conducta diaria de los miembros de una organización. Es considerada como un conjunto de normas informales que orientan el comportamiento de los miembros de la misma hacia la consecución de los objetivos. Cada organización posee su propio conjunto de normas y creencias, es decir, posee su propia cultura que refleja la mentalidad que predomina en ella. Por tal motivo resulta interesante conocer el impacto que tiene la cultura organizacional en el desempeño laboral de una de las empresas más importantes de México, mediante el uso de técnicas cualitativas y cuantitativas se logrará identificar aquellos elementos que fortalecen la cultura de la empresa fomentando el desempeño laboral de los miembros que la conforman. Organizational culture is the framework that guides the daily conduct of members of an organization. It is considered as a set of informal rules that guide the behavior of members of the same towards achieving the objectives. Each organization has its own set of rules and beliefs reflecting the mentality that dominates in it. Therefore it is interesting to know the impact of organizational culture on work performance of one of the most important companies in Mexico, using qualitative and quantitative techniques will be achieved identify those elements that strengthen the company culture encouraging performance employment of members that constitute it.
