Mehr KI, weniger Jobs? Was Unternehmen in Deutschland erwarten

Abstract

Die Nutzung von Künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) in der deutschen Wirtschaft nimmt weiter zu – insbesondere in größeren Unternehmen. Auf Basis von Sonderfragen im Rahmen der monatlichen Konjunkturumfragen wird gezeigt: Derzeit fallen die direkten Beschäftigungseffekte von KI noch gering aus. Für die kommenden fünf Jahre wird jedoch deutlich häufiger ein Einfluss auf die Beschäftigtenzahl erwartet – vor allem in Form eines Stellenabbaus. Die Einschätzungen unterscheiden sich je nach Branche teils erheblich. Trotz zunehmender Praxiserfahrung bleibt eine deutliche Unsicherheit über die langfristigen Arbeitsmarktauswirkungen bestehen. Die Ergebnisse liefern einen ersten Einblick in die beschäftigungspolitischen Erwartungen von Unternehmen in Deutschland mit Blick auf KI.
