ifo Dresden Konjunkturprognose Sommer 2025: Fiskalmaßnahmen wirken im Osten schwächer als in den westdeutschen Bundesländern

Abstract

Im Jahr 2025 dürfte die Wirtschaftsleistung in Ostdeutschland (mit Berlin) um 0,3 % und damit in ähnlichem Ausmaß wie in Deutschland insgesamt zulegen. In Sachsen dürfte das Bruttoinlandsprodukt lediglich stagnieren. Im Jahr 2026 verleihen die Fiskalmaßnahmen der neuen Bundesregierung der Wirtschaft einen kräftigen Schub, wodurch direkt und indirekt auch die ostdeutsche und sächsische Wirtschaft in eine kräftige Erholungsphase eintreten. Dann dürfte das Wirtschaftswachstum in Ostdeutschland 1,3 % und in Sachsen 1,2 % betragen. Die Dynamik am Arbeitsmarkt bleibt aufgrund der wirtschaftlichen Schwächephase der letzten Jahre und den ungünstigen demografischen Rahmenbedingungen jedoch verhalten.
