Deutsche Konjunkturperspektiven 2006/2007 : im Aufschwung

Abstract

Die deutsche Wirtschaft befindet sich im Frühjahr 2006 in einem kräftigen Aufschwung. Nach wie vor sind die Impulse aus dem Ausland beträchtlich, die Exporte sind bis zuletzt stark gestiegen. Die privaten Haushalte dürften ihre Ausgaben wieder etwas erhöhen, zumal im späteren Verlauf dieses Jahres zusätzliche Käufe vor allem von Gebrauchsgütern getätigt werden, um die im kommenden Jahr höhere Mehrwertsteuer zu vermeiden. Im Jahresdurchschnitt wird die gesamtwirtschaftliche Produktion um 1,8 % zunehmen. Im Jahr 2007 wird die Konjunktur spürbar an Fahrt verlieren, da wichtige Impulse schwächer werden und die Finanzpolitik einen deutlich restriktiveren Kurs fährt. Das reale Bruttoinlandsprodukt dürfte lediglich um 1,2 % steigen. Bei schwächerem Expansionstempo wird die Beschäftigung langsamer zunehmen als im laufenden Jahr; die Zahl der Arbeitslosen wird nur noch um 140.000 auf dann 4,44 Mill. sinken (2006: –281.000) Die Inflationsrate dürfte sich von 1,6 % (2006) auf 2,5 % erhöhen.
