Grenzüberschreitende Verflechtungen sächsischer und tschechischer Unternehmen : ein Beitrag zur Konvergenz der Grenzräume?

Abstract

Die These, daß Verflechtungen grenznaher Unternehmen im Zuge der handelspolitischen Integration von Grenzräumen an Bedeutung gewinnen und die Konvergenz dieser Regionen befördern, kann anhand des Kooperationsgeschehens südwestsächsischer und nordböhmischer Unternehmen nicht bestätigt werden. Die gegenwärtige Ausrichtung sächsischer Unternehmen auf eine Arbeitsteilung gemäß einfacher komparativer Kostenvorteile und eine einseitige Fokussierung nordböhmischer Unternehmen auf westdeutsche Märkte erschweren auch in mittlerer Frist die Integration und ökonomische Konvergenz der Grenzräume.
