Deutschlandprognose 2004: Erholung hat begonnen (Wirtschaftslage und Arbeitsmarkt)

Abstract

In Deutschland stehen die Konjunkturampeln auf Grün. Im Jahresdurchschnitt 2004 wird das reale Bruttoinlandsprodukt um 1,8 % steigen. Etwa 0,5 Prozentpunkte sind darauf zurückzuführen, dass es mehr Arbeitstage als im Jahr 2003 gibt, außerdem entfallen 0,1 bis 0,2 Prozentpunkte auf das partielle Vorziehen der dritten Stufe der Steuerreform 2000. Für den Arbeitsmarkt ist trotz der besseren Konjunktur keine rasche Belebung zu erwarten. Auch bei der Finanzlage der öffentlichen Haushalte ist keine nachhaltige Besserung in Sicht.)
