Perspektiven für Konjunktur und Arbeitsmarkt in Sachsen

Abstract

Im Gegensatz zu den meisten anderen ostdeutschen Ländern wird Sachsen im laufenden Jahr keinen Rückgang im Bruttoinlandsprodukt zu konstanten Preisen zu verzeichnen haben. 2002 ist sogar eine Wachstumsbeschleunigung möglich. Die Expansion bleibt aber zu schwach für eine Besserung am Arbeitsmarkt. Die Beschäftigung wird weiter zurückgehen, eine dramatische Zunahme der Zahl der Arbeitslosen ist aber nicht zu erwarten.
