Der sächsische Arbeitsmarkt im Juni 1999

Abstract

Im Juni 1999 konnte ein Rückgang der Arbeitslosigkeit in Deutschland festgestellt werden. Die Arbeitslosenquote nahm in Westdeutschland um 0,5% und in Ostdeutschland um 0,3% ab. Im Freistaat Sachsen verringerte sich die Zahl der Erwerbslosen um 0,7%. Der vorliegende Bericht geht am Beispiel des Freistaates Sachsen auf die Entwicklung der Arbeitslosigkeit, insbesondere der Jugendarbeitslosigkeit, in Deutschland im Juni 1999 ein. Dazu beschäftigt sich der Autor mit den Auswirkungen arbeitsmarktpolitischer Mechanismen, wie Arbeitsbeschaffungsmassnahmen, auf dem sächsischen Arbeitsmarkt.
