Der Markt für Medizintechnik und Gesundheitsprodukte in Japan - Absatzchancen für deutsche Unternehmen

Abstract

Der Anteil der Personen über 65 Jahre wird in Japan in den nächsten Jahren zunehmen, so schätzt man für das Jahr 2025 ihren Anteil auf 26%. Daraus läßt sich ableiten, daß die Lieferung von Gütern und Dienstleistungen, die seniorenbezogen sind, immer wichtiger wird. Der vorliegende Artikel untersucht daher die japanische Marktstruktur im Bereich der Medizintechnik und der Gesundheitsprodukte und erarbeitet die Absatzchancen für deutsche Unternehmen in diesem Segment. In einem ersten Schritt wird dazu die explodierende Situation auf dem japanischen Binnenmarkt aufgezeigt, anschließend auf die Rolle ausländischer und deutscher Unternehmen eingegangen. Bei Erläuterung der spezifischen Rahmenbedingungen werden das Auswahlverfahren und die Beschaffungsmodalitäten medizinischer Geräte durch Krankenhäuser sowie das Zulassungsverfahren der entsprechenden Geräte und Produkte behandelt. Im letzten Abschnitt wird auf noch notwendige Deregulierungserfordernisse hingewiesen, um eine Diskriminierung ausländischer Hersteller gegenüber japanischen Unternehmen zu vermeiden.
