Franchising - eine Alternative für Existenzgründer und "Umsteiger"

Abstract

Als Vertriebssystem für Waren und für Dienstleistungen kann Franchising Existenzgründern und beruflichen "Umsteigern" unter Umständen einen aussichtsreichen Weg zu einer selbständigen unternehmerischen Tätigkeit aufzeigen. Gegenüber anderen Alternativen ist diese Konzeption in aller Regel weniger risikoreich. Franchising beruht auf einem partnerschaftlichen Zusammenspiel zwischen einem Franchise-Geber und seinen Franchise-Nehmern. Außer für Existenzgründer können sich für kleine Unternehmungen, z.B. inhabergeführte Einzelhandelsgeschäfte, neue Perspektiven durch Anschluß an ein Franchising-System ergeben. Unternehmungen, die im Wettbewerb nicht mehr mithalten können, die "umsteigen" müssen, wollen sie ihre Existenz nicht verlieren, sollten diese Alternative prüfen.
