Baugewerbe : verlangsamter Personalabbau

Abstract

Nach den Ergebnisse des ifo Konjunkturtests beurteilten die Unternehmen des sächsischen Baugewerbes ihre aktuelle Geschäftslage erneut als nicht zufriedenstellend. Allerdings deutete sich in den Erwartungen der Firmen eine leichte Verbesserung der Geschäftsentwicklung an. Wegen der schlechten Witterung hat die Bautätigkeit im Berichtszeitraum deutlich nachgelassen, fast 80% der Firmen meldeten einen Rückgang des Baubetriebes. Mit 50% lag der Ausnutzungsgrad im Januar 1997 sogar unter dem Vergleichswert des Vorjahres. Die Auftragsreserven haben sich im Januar erneut verringert. Im November und Dezember 1996 kündigten noch 60% der Firmen weitere Entlassungen an, im Januar waren es nur mehr 46%.
