Abstract

Dieser Beitrag unternimmt den Versuch, die institutionelle Steuerung von Ansätzen zur bisherigen Regionalisierung der Wirtschafts- und Strukturpolitik in Sachsen-Anhalt zu evaluieren. Jede Evaluierung folgt zunächst den selbstgesteckten Zielen einer politischen Maßnahme. Dabei sind die expliziten und impliziten Zielsetzungen zu ermitteln und die eingesetzten Instrumente hinsichtlich ihres Beitrages zur Zielerreichung zu untersuchen.
