Baugewerbe : Geschäftslage unverändert ungünstig

Abstract

Den Ergebnissen des ifo Konjunkturtests zufolge beurteilt die sächsische Bauwirtschaft ihre aktuelle Geschäftslage im Berichtszeitraum als unverändert ungünstig. Auch für die kommenden Monate scheint keine wesentliche Besserung in Sicht. Auch bei den Geschäftserwartungen überwiegen leicht die negativen Stimmungen. Die Auftragsbestände reduzierten sich auf 2,6 Monate. Die Preise für Bauleistungen gaben im Berichtszeitraum weiter nach und scheinen auch in den kommenden Monaten weiter zurück zu gehen. Bei den produktionsbehindernden Faktoren waren vor allem der Auftragsmangel und die Finanzierungsschwierigkeiten zu nennen. Die Beschäftigungsaussichten trübten sich weiter ein. Im Juli 1996 rechnete per saldo knapp ein Viertel der befragten Unternehmen mit dem Abbau der Belegschaft in den nächsten Monaten. Zu den Leidtragenden werden den Meldungen zufolge tendenziell eher gewerbliche Arbeitnehmer als Angestellte gehören.
