Zur Verbesserung der Zielgenauigkeit der regionalen Wirtschaftsförderung im Freistaat Sachsen

Abstract

Der Bericht zeigt mit Hilfe eines theoretischen Ansatzes und empirischer Ergebnisse Möglichkeiten auf, die Zielgenauigkeit der regionalen Wirtschaftsförderung im Freistaat Sachsen zu verbessern. Der theoretische Ansatz ermöglicht durch die Berechnung von Standortfaktoren, regionale Besonderheiten in der Beschäftigten- und Branchenstruktur darzustellen. Die Quotienten sind Verhältniszahlen, bei denen der Anteil der Beschäftigten oder des Umsatzes eines Industriezweiges an den gesamten Beschäftigten bzw. dem Gesamtumsatz eines Teilgebietes bezogen wird auf den entsprechenden Anteil in einem übergeordneten Vergleichsgebiet. Ermittelt wurde für die zehn sächsischen Arbeitsamtbezirke der Anteil der für den überregionalen Absatz tätigen Sozialversicherungspflichtige in den 28 Wirtschaftszweigen des Verarbeitenden Gewerbes.
