Baugewerbe : lebhafte Bautätigkeit

Abstract

Im sächsischen Baugewerbe wurde die aktuelle Geschäftslage zwar etwas günstiger beurteilt als im vergangenen Berichtszeitraum, die Stimmung blieb aber von Unzufriedenheit geprägt. Im Mai äußerte sich per saldo gut ein Drittel der Testteilnehmer pessimistisch. Den Erwartungen zufolge kann auch für die kommenden sechs Monate nur vereinzelt mit einem günstigeren Geschäftsverlauf gerechnet werden. Das Geschäftsklima blieb trotz einer leichten Aufwärtstendenz deutlich unterkühlt. Die Klagen über Behinderungen der Bautätigkeit nahmen im Berichtszeitraum deutlich ab. Im Tiefbau wurde die aktuelle Geschäftslage im Berichtszeitraum erneut als ungünstig beurteilt, per saldo war im Mai jedes zweite Unternehmen unzufrieden. Die Unternehmen im Hochbau beurteilten die aktuelle Geschäftslage zwar etwas weniger ungünstig als im vorangegangenen Berichtszeitraum, sie waren aber weiterhin unzufrieden.
