Baugewerbe : verbesserte Geschäftsaussichten

Abstract

Den Ergebnissen des ifo Konjunkturtests vom Januar 1996 zufolge beurteilen die sächsischen Bauunternehmen die aktuelle Geschäftslage als ungünstig. Die Geschäftserwartungen für die kommenden sechs Monate lassen erste Anzeichen von Zuversicht erkennen. Damit wurde das Geschäftsklima etwas besser beurteilt als im vergangenen Quartal, blieb aber weiterhin kühl. Bedingt durch jahreszeitliche Einflüsse ging die Bauproduktion erneut zurück. Die Auslastung der Maschinenkapazität verschlechterte sich gegenüber dem Vormonat und liegt nun bei 58 %. Deutlich zugenommen haben die Meldungen über Behinderungen der Bautätigkeit. Die meisten Klagen betrafen die ungünstige Witterungsverhältnisse, gefolgt vom Auftragsmangel, von den Finanzierungsschwierigkeiten sowie dem Mangel an qualifizierten Arbeitskräften. Der Bericht unterscheidet in seiner Analyse zwischen Hochbau und Tiefbau und informiert über deren wirtschaftlichen Entwicklungsperspektiven für die kommenden sechs Monate.
