Leasing : Immobilien sichern leichtes Wachstum

Abstract

Die Investitionen für das Immobilien-Leasing nahmen 1993 um 37 % zu. Im Mobilien-Leasing war hingegen eine Abnahme von reichlich 5 % zu verzeichnen. Im vergangenen Jahr expandierte das Immobilien-Leasing abermals, konnte jedoch mit seiner Wachstumsrate von 5 % das erneute Minus im Massengeschäft (-3,6 %) nicht mehr kompensieren, so daß die gesamten Leasinginvestitionen 1994 um 2 % schrumpften und die Leasingquote auf 10,9 % zurückging. Die Mehrheit der Leasinggesellschaften hat also in den beiden vergangenen Jahren die konjunkturelle Entwicklung, aber auch strukturelle Einflüsse zu spüren bekommen. Von den rund 55,7 Mrd. DM, die die Leasinggesellschaften 1994 im Auftrag ihrer Kunden investierten, entfielen knapp 7,6 Mrd. DM auf die neuen Bundesländer (+1,5 %) und rund 48,1 Mrd. DM auf Westdeutschland (-2,5 %).
