Private Arbeitsvermittlung : die Stimme der Nachfrage

Abstract

Seit dem 1. August 1994 ist die private Arbeitsvermittlung in Deutschland zugelassen. Es tritt nunmehr die Frage in den Vordergrund: Werden die Arbeitskräfte suchenden Unternehmen dieses neue Instrument nutzen? Um die Absichten der Unternehmen besser einschätzen zu können, hat das ifo Institut im Auftrag der "Wirtschaftswoche" eine Umfrage durchgeführt. Folgende Fragen wurden gestellt: Was halten Sie von der Zulassung der privaten Arbeitsvermittlung? Wird ihr Unternehmen stärker als bisher die Dienste privater Arbeitsvermittler in Anspruch nehmen? Wie wird ihr Unternehmen künftig freiwerdende Stellen besetzen? Die Ergebnisse und deren Interpretation können diesem Aufsatz entnommen werden.
