Baugewerbe : lebhafte Bautätigkeit bei anhaltender Zuversicht

Abstract

Das sächsische Baugewerbe zeigt sich mit der Geschäftssituation im Mai 1994 weitgehend zufrieden. Hinsichtlich der künftigen Entwicklung äußerten sich die Testteilnehmer weiterhin zuversichtlich, wenngleich die optimistischen Urteile erneut abgenommen haben. Mit 75 % waren die Kapazitäten fast im gleichen Umfang ausgelastet wie im Mai 1993. Die Reichweite der Auftragsbestände wuchs auf 3,0 Monate an. 50 % der Befragten beabsichtigen ihre Bauproduktion weiter zu erhöhen. Bei reichlich einem Fünftel der Befragten wurden Produktionsbehinderungen festgestellt. Sehr häufig waren dabei die Probleme bei der Finanzierung. Weniger oft wurden Materialknappheit und Fachkräftemangel genannt. Der Bericht unterscheidet weiterhin zwischen Hoch- und Tiefbau. Beim Tiefbau ist die Geschäftslage zwar verbesseert, aber noch nicht zufriedenstellend. Der Hochbau dagegen konnte seit sieben Monaten wieder eine positive Entwicklung melden.
