Leasing stabilisiert sich in Ostdeutschland

Abstract

Die Leasinggesellschaften reagierten nach der Wende schnell, so daß bereits 1991 5,4 Mrd. DM der 52,2 Mrd. DM Leasinginvestitionen auf Ostdeutschland entfielen. Mit einem weitern Wachstum der Leasinginvestitionen um 37 % auf 7,4 Mrd. DM erreichte im Jahr 1992 die Leasingquote in den neuen Bundesländern annähernd das Niveau von Westdeutschland. Im großen und ganzen ist die Struktur der Leasinggüter in den neuen Bundesländern der im Westen recht ähnlich. Das Immobilien-Leasing konnte sich anfänglich wegen der ungeklärten Eigentumsverhältnisse nur wenig entwickeln. Im Mobilien-Leasing dominieren die Straßenfahrzeuge, wobei die Nutzfahrzeuge einen beachtlichen Anteil einnehmen. Im Jahr 1993 expandierten in Ostdeutschland die Geschäfte mit Leasing weiterhin. In den alten Bundesländern wurde dagegen ein Rückgang festgestellt. Für 1994 wird bei den Bruttoanlageinvestitionen in der Bundesrepublik mit einem Plus von rund 4 % gerechnet. Bei keinem der verschiedenen Leasingarten ist mit einem Einbruch der Geschäftslage zu rechnen.
