Baugewerbe : rege Tätigkeit

Abstract

Im Baugewerbe war der Geschäftsverlauf für zwei Drittel der Firmen in Sachsen befriedigend. Die Geschäftslage für die kommenden sechs Monate wurde im ifo Konjunkturtest als unsicher bewertet. Die Bauproduktion stieg stetig. Der Ausnutzungsgrad lag mit 78 % über dem Durchschnitt der neuen Bundesländer. Die Reichweite der Auftragsbestände hat zugenommen, so daß die Auftragsreserven insgesamt günstig beurteilt wurden. Produktionsbehinderungen entstanden durch Finanzierungsschwierigkeiten und Arbeitskräftemangel. Materialengpässe und Witterungseinflüsse spielten keine Rolle. Die Beschäftigungszahl wird im Vorhersagezeitraum weiter abnehmen. Die Ergebnisse werden in Graphiken dargestellt (S. 28).
