Öffentliche Hand soll kulturelle Substanz in Ostdeutschland sichern

Abstract

Kulturschaffen, Kulturvermittlung und Kulturrezeption befinden sich in Ostdeutschland nach der Vereinigung Deutschlands in einem veränderten gesellschaftlichen und wirtschaftlichen Umfeld. Der Restrukturierungsprozeß ist dort noch nicht abgeschlossen. Vielmehr entstehen durch die Umstrukturierung neue Impulse, die sich in neuen Kulturvereinen, Initiativen und Projekten äußern. Dennoch ist weitere Übergangsfinanzierung durch den Bund wichtig. Nur so kann die kulturelle Substanz in den neuen Ländern längerfristig gesichert werden.
