Abstract

The main objective of this paper is to assess the financial stability of a company in the field of public catering, active on the current market, through a complex analysis of economic and financial indicators. The study aims to identify the elements of solidity, respectively the vulnerabilities that may affect organizational performance and longterm competitiveness. The methodology is based on the processing and interpretation of accounting data, correlated with the main financial performance indicators, which allows for a clear picture of the company's economic position. The post-pandemic context gives this analysis particular relevance, as it highlights the need for sustainable development directions, both by expanding capacities and diversifying services, and by consolidating internal resources and optimizing processes. The research results can constitute a practical support for making managerial decisions and for developing strategies adapted to the specifics of the public catering sector.
