Abstract

The evaluation of human resource (HR) performance is a critical component in enhancing organizational effectiveness and achieving strategic objectives. As organizations, both public and private, face increasing demands for efficiency, innovation, and adaptability, robust methods for assessing HR performance have become essential. This paper explores various approaches to human resource performance evaluation, including traditional methods such as annual performance appraisals, management by objectives (MBO), and 360-degree feedback, alongside modern, datadriven techniques like HR analytics and continuous performance management systems. Each method is examined in terms of its effectiveness, applicability, and limitations in different organizational contexts. Emphasis is placed on the growing trend toward integrating qualitative and quantitative metrics to provide a more comprehensive assessment of employee contributions, skills development, and alignment with organizational goals.
