Abstract

The challenge of the 21st century, to succeed in an economy based on innovation, creativity and collaboration, is digitalization that has changed everyone's life, bringing new opportunities in the field of human resources, the last years marking important steps in this direction. Effective information analysis requires skilledjobs that are focused on solving unstructured problems, with technology replacing manual labor in most aspects of life and in most areas of the economy, making life without the Internet impossible. Under these aspects, the qualification thus becomes a very important element in keeping the job in favor of some robots.
