Abstract

The diagnostic analysis within an economic actor on the market allows us to decide on the state of a fact, a process at a certain moment, from the perspective of the information we collect with the help of a tool that allows us to measure in relation to a certain norm at which we refer to. The paper emphasizes the debate regarding the elaboration of a diagnostic analysis within the companies from any field of activity, the purpose being, in fact, finding efficient ways to reach the long-term or medium-term objectives, within them, the diagnostic analysis being considered the only method by which these goals can be achieved.
